Handle quick transactions from the convenience of your car. Help us help you more quickly by using the following checklist:
|| Complete and sign the available transaction slip conveniently located at each lane.
||Have your account number and valid photo ID in hand. Expired ID is not acceptable.
||For cash transactions, plan to deposit or make withdrawals not more than $2,500. A deposit containing rolled coin or requests for rolled coin is handled in the lobby only.
||For check transactions, be sure to endorse checks and include the last 4 digits of your account number.
Need to make a deposit after business hours? Use one of our convenient Night Drop Boxes - there's one located at every branch. Simply place your checks/cash in a deposit envelope (remember to endorse checks) and drop.
High Volume Transactions
Check deposits and/or checks to be cashed in excess of 15 items may be referred to the lobby at the teller’s discretion.
Shared Branching Transactions
Shared Branching is available for guest members. The following are services we provide:
- Deposits (cash and checks payable to the guest member)
- Withdrawals (Cash limit of $500)
- Transfer funds
- Loan Payments
Policies at our outlets may differ from those at your Credit Union office(s). These include:
- Holds on certain types of checks & money orders.
- Completion of deposit & withdrawal slips by members.
- Identification and endorsement verification required.
Multiple Shared Branching transactions may be referred to the lobby at the teller’s discretion.
Onus checks / non-members
Checks payable to non-members, and drawn from a River City FCU member account, are conducted in the lobby during opening hours. After lobby hours, two forms of ID are required in the drive-thru or you may visit any of our H-E-B In-store branches, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
For faster serve, drive-thru transactions are limited from purchasing Traveler’s checks, Money Orders, Credit Union checks, Cashier’s checks, redemption of savings bonds, cash advances, and requests for check orders, check copies, account statements plus any account research must be conducted during lobby hours. IRA and HSA transactions require member service assistance and are not available through the drive-thru.
