In light of the public health emergency declared today by the City, and after consulting with our Board of Directors, we are cancelling the Annual Meeting that was scheduled for Wednesday, March 25. The health and well being of our members and staff will always be a priority for us. We are working on rescheduling the meeting and will make an announcement on the new date and time in the near future. Traditionally, we have presented two scholarships to area students at the annual meeting, and that remains in place.
We’re disappointed in having to do this, as we had an outstanding 2019 and were looking forward to celebrating with our members! I want to thank each of you for being a member, and I am very enthusiastic about where we are headed in 2020.
Also, I wanted to emphasize that your credit union is here for you. We know the slate of cancellations, postponements, and other actions related to this current crisis may create financial issues for some of our members. Please reach out to us for assistance. If you find yourself impacted by temporary changes in hours or pay at your employer, we are here to help.
