POSITION:  PT Teller 

 

BRANCH:    Downtown and Bitters Branches

                        Spring Branch (inside HEB)

                       

HOURS:       Up to 25-hour work week to include some Saturdays

                         

 

ROLE: To welcome members and potential members by providing product and service information while assisting with their financial transactions involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.  

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A high school diploma.  Experience: Six months to two years of heavy cash-handling or Teller experience.  Interpersonal Skills: Ability to serve membership with courtesy, tact and diplomacy is required.  Work involves fostering sound relationships with members, vendors and staff.   Problem Solving: Ability to apply specific standards and operating procedures.  Decisions normally take the form of recommendations.  Other: Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task while managing time effectively.  Must be proficient with MS Office.   Symitar experience is a plus.  May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.

OSITION:  PT Computer Systems Support 

 

BRANCH:    Downtown Branch

                       

HOURS:       Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. preferred

                         

 

ROLE: To provide hardware, software, network and data communications support; assuring computing standards are implemented and enforced.  Extends IS support services to staff and members.   

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: One year of college in a related degree plan.  Experience: Six months to two years of help desk support and/or hardware and software installation.  Interpersonal Skills: Ability to serve membership with courtesy, tact and diplomacy is required.  Work involves fostering sound relationships with members, vendors and staff.   Problem Solving: Ability to apply specific standards and operating procedures.  Decisions normally take the form of recommendations.  Other: Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task while managing time effectively.  Progressive experience with Windowx XP, 7, 2003-2012.  Server and/or PC systems administration helpful.    Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 20-40 lbs. of equipment and climb, stoop or knell.
