POSITION TITLE:                President/CEO

SALARY RANGE:                Commensurate with experience 

River City Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, Texas is a dynamic, growing Credit Union with approximately $150 million in assets. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated President/CEO possessing extensive knowledge of Credit Union growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with strong leadership, mentoring, strategic planning and analytical skills.  Open, direct, and effective communications with the Board, employees and membership are highly valued.  A broad knowledge of Credit Union operations, accounting/finance, lending, and technology is required.  The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA degree and/or a professional certification is desirable) and a minimum ten years of Credit Union experience of which three were in a senior management position.  Please email your resume, references, and salary requirements to ExecutiveHR@Rivercityfcu.org.  Please see the complete job description.

POSITION TITLE:                    Teller

SALARY GRADE/RANGE:     V   $9.42 - $11.76 hourly

DEPARTMENT/BRANCH:     Teller /Downtown Office

SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS:  Directly responsible to the Teller Supervisor, works closely with the other tellers.  Receives deposits of payments on members accounts, cashes checks, sells travelers checks, money orders and cashier’s checks, and honors requests for disbursements on line of credit and credit card accounts. Responsible for the accomplishment of the missions of the credit union and Downtown Office.  

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:  High school diploma, ability to handle detail, and a minimum of six months cash handling experience required. Financial institution experience, 10-key calculator by touch, word processing in a WINDOWS environment, and data entry experience helpful. May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.

HOURS:

Five-day/forty-hour work week including Saturday’s
