POSITION:  PT Teller 

 

BRANCH:    Jackson Keller Branch & Spring Branch (inside HEB)

HOURS:       
Part-time schedule - up to 25-hour work week to include some Saturdays



ROLE:
To welcome members and potential members by providing product and service information while assisting with their financial transactions involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.  

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A high school diploma.  Experience: Six months to two years of heavy cash-handling or Teller experience.  Interpersonal Skills: Ability to serve membership with courtesy, tact and diplomacy is required.  Work involves fostering sound relationships with members, vendors and staff.   Problem Solving: Ability to apply specific standards and operating procedures.  Decisions normally take the form of recommendations.  Other: Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task while managing time effectively.  Must be proficient with MS Office.   Symitar experience is a plus.  May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.

POSITION:  Loan Sales Specialist

 

BRANCH:    Jackson Keller Branch (call center)

HOURS:       
Forty-hour work week - Monday - Friday 


ROLE: To provide members and potential members with a high quality interview and submit loan applications over the phone as well as cross sell credit union products and services. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A high school diploma. Experience: Six months to two years of financial sales experience.  Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves motivating and influencing others in addition to fostering sound relationships. Problem Solving: Ability to make decisions based on specific standards and operating procedures. Other: Professional telephone demeanor and ability to perform with minimum supervision.   Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact, empathy and professionalism. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.  Proficient MS Office skills, keyboard and 10-key skills.  Bilingual is a plus.  May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.

POSITION:   PT Member Service Center Representative

 

BRANCH:    Downtown Branch (call center)

HOURS:       
Up to twenty-five hour work week to include rotating Saturdays



ROLE:
To assist members and potential members with meeting their financial needs by providing superior service through the call center while representing the credit union in a professional manner at all times.  Answers all incoming calls and provides product and service information.  

    

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A high school diploma. Experience: Two to five years of similar experience within a call center.  Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves fostering sound professional relationships. Problem Solving: Ability to apply specific standards and operating procedures in making decisions and recommendations. Other: Excellent telephone skills including a professional vocal demeanor.  Excellent communications and organizational skills.  Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment.  Proficient MS Office skills. Financial institution experience is preferred, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.  May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.
