River City Federal Credit Union Member Account Verification
The Supervisory Committee has engaged CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP Certified Public Accountants, to complete the annual audit of River City Federal Credit Union. In conjunction with the audit, the auditors will select a sample of members share and loan accounts to verify the account balances directly with account owner by letter. If your account has been selected as part of the auditing process, you will receive a letter from CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP requesting information on a designated account.
I received a letter in the mail requesting I verify data for a selected account. Why do I have to do it?
If you received a letter, it means that you have been selected as part of a sample of members for the audit. This is a required audit conducted by a certified accounting firm and we would appreciate your participation/response.
Can I drop off the letter back to the credit union once I complete it or send it via fax/email?
RCFCU may not accept your letter. Please mail the letter back using the provided return envelope to CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP.
I do not understand the letter or I have questions on the information presented in the letter.
