They’ll be able to use it for purchases at
most merchants where Visa Debit or Credit is accepted. The
card may not be used at some merchants including airlines, recurring
payments, non-financial money exchange establishments, hotels,
gambling establishments, rental car agencies or "pay at
the pump" gasoline (you
may purchase gas by presenting the card to the attendant).
Visa Gift Cards are available in denominations from $10 to
$1000.*
Card features include:
• Online balances and transaction information
at www.myprepaidbalance.com or via phone at 1-800-914-6710.
• There is no fee to check the balance or request a refund
check.**
• To use a gift card online, the name on the card must
match the name on the transaction.
If necessary, the cardholder
can change the registration online or by phone.

Q: Can I access cash from my Visa Gift Card?
A: No, you can not access cash (at any time) from your card via
an ATM or a point-of-sale terminal.
Q: How do I register the card to my name?
A: Go to www.myprepaidbalance.com
Registering your card will provide the additional security required
to allow you to use your card for Internet or phone purchases,
as well as requesting a replacement should your card become lost
or stolen.
Q: Can value be added onto my gift card after it is purchased?
A: No, the card is disposable. It cannot be reloaded or renewed.
When all value is used, the card should be destroyed. Do
not give your card to a merchant to destroy.
Q: How do I use my card at hotels and rental agencies?
A: Like restaurants, these types of companies may also authorize
the 25% over the purchase price to cover incidental charges.
Again, make sure to have at least 25% over the total purchase
available on your card.
