Call 225-0708 or 1-800-644-4748 from any touch-tone phone. Audio Amigo will give you step-by-step directions for making inquiries, transfers, or withdrawals.

You will be instructed to enter your account number and access code.

If this is your first time using our new system, you must enter your social security number for verification purposes. 

Important information: The use of the word "share" describes any deposit or investment account such as Savings, Checking, Insured Money Market Accounts, Certificates or IRAs.

You will need to make a note of your share and loan ID numbers as you be using them to identify your accounts when using Audio Amigo.  

Press 1 for the Main Menu. 
Access your account information such as balances and history. You can also conduct transfers, withdrawals or change your access code.

Press 2 for credit union information. 
Access product and service information.

Press 3 to activate your Debit or ATM card. 

Press 4 to block your lost or stolen Debit or ATM card. 

Audio Amigo will then guide you through the rest of your inquiry or transaction.

1 - Main Menu

1 - Open Share List The use of the word "Share" describes any deposit or investment account such as Savings, Checking, Insured Money Market Accounts, Certificates, or IRAs.

2 - Balance Inquiries You will need to enter your ID numbers to identify which balance you need.

3 - History Inquiries Share History, Loan History, Last Deposit, Last Payroll Deposit, Deposit History, Recent Transaction Activity, Year-to-Date Information.

4 - Transfers You can transfer within the same account or to a different account.

5 - Withdrawals You can request a withdrawal by check from your savings, checking, or line of credit.

6 - Checking Information Get information about checks that have cleared your account, order Check Copies, or request a Stop Payment (certain conditions may apply).

7 - Loan Information Find out loan payments, payoffs, recent loan histories, or obtain a loan request.

8 - Change preferences Go to a new account, change your access code, or change language.

9 - Change access code Another place where you can change your access code.
