Switching to River City FCU is a click away.  Use ClickSWITCH when you’re ready to switch your direct deposit and electronic transactions (automatic deductions, online bill payments) to your RCFCU checking account.

Get started today by visiting a branch, or by calling our Member Service Center at 210-225-6866. We can assist you through the following steps:

  • You’ll need your RCFCU checking account number.
  • Sign up for rcityonline banking and rcityiPay.
  • Get a Switch Track Code from your Member Service Representative.
  • Log into the online portal at ClickSWITCH. Have the bills you’d like to switch on hand; you’ll need names, addresses and account numbers for your current billers.
  • Follow the easy prompts, and ClickSWITCH will move your deposits and electronic payments.
  • When your last electronic payments are drawn from your old account, set up new one-time or recurring payments in rcityiPay.

Note: Please leave your former checking account open for 45 days. Our switch service will automatically send a cancellation notice and change of account form to the financial institution(s) where your electronic transfers originated.
