What are e-Statements?
E-Statements are an electronic delivery of your monthly or quarterly statements.
How much does your credit union's e-Statement service cost?
There is no charge for the e-Statement service provided for your
convenience.
Can I access e-Statements outside of Internet Banking?
For the security of your account, e-Statements must be accessed
via Internet Banking. If you are not currently an Internet
Banking user, you can contact
us today!
How do I sign up for e-Statements?
To sign up for e-Statements, simply log in to Internet Banking.
How do I receive my e-Statement?
To receive your e-Statement, you simply log in to Internet Banking,
select History and e-Statements List from the menu bar and then
choose which statement you'd like to view.
Why did I have to give my e-mail address to sign up?
The e-mail address is needed to send an e-mail notification that
you have enrolled in e-Statements and also when your e-Statement
is available to you each month.
Will my e-Statement be available to me if for some reason I
don't receive my e-mail notification?
Yes, your e-Statement and e-mail notification are independent of
one another. If you do not receive your e-mail notification, your
e-Statement will still be accessible through Internet Banking.
What do I need to view my e-Statement online?
You will need Adobe
Reader to view your e-Statement.
How do I print my e-Statement?
By using the Adobe Reader toolbar, press the printer icon.
You can either print the entire statement or just a particular
page.
How do I save my e-Statement?
Using the Adobe Reader toolbar, click on the diskette icon.
You will then be asked where on your computer you would like
to save it.
Can I receive a paper statement as well as an electronic statement?
Yes, you can receive a paper and an electronic statement for each
statement type or both. You can specify if you would like to
receive paper or electronic statements under your e-Statement
Preferences.
Is my e-Statement secure and safe?
Yes, we have established strict security standards, which provide
protection for your credit union accounts.
When will my e-Statement be available?
Your e-Statement will be available within 2 -3 business days of
your statement cycle date.
Can I get my e-Statement e-mailed to me instead?
No, your e-Statement cannot be e-mailed to you. E-mail is not secure.
How long will my e-Statement be available?
Your
e-Statements date back to January 2011. Eventually, there will be
two years' worth of statements available.
Will I need a password?
No, because you have already logged into the secured environment
of Internet Banking.
What if I want to cancel my e-Statement?
You can switch back to only the paper version of your statement
at any time. To cancel e-Statements, simply click on "Other
options” from the menu bar at the top-right, then select "e-Statement
Preferences". Under “Statement Type,” choose “e-statement
not enabled.” Click Continue to save your changes.
Can I have my e-Statement e-mail notification sent to more
than one e-mail address?
No, we can only send your e-Statement notification to one e-mail
address.
