Each year, River City Federal Credit Union hosts an Annual Meeting to celebrate our successes from the past year, discuss plans for the future, and conduct our Board of Director elections. Members are invited to enjoy food and refreshments, as well as meet fellow members, along with River City Federal Credit Union staff.

Nominating Committee Report
The Board of Directors has appointed a Nominating Committee of Glen Glass, Elia Carmona, and Kevin Rasco for the 2018 elections.
This year, there are two (2), three-year terms up for election. The Nominating Committee has submitted the following candidate for consideration:
Stephen Skloss (incumbent) has been a member of the River City FCU Board of Directors since May 27, 2011. He has worked at HOLT CAT for 24 years. Mr. Skloss previously served on the Board of Directors for Southeast Community Credit Union from 2004 to 2010. He has been married for 35 years to Donna and has one child, Ellen (25 years old).
Gail D. Ribalta began her career, while in college, as a Savings Operations Supervisor at City Federal Savings & Loan. She received her MBA/Masters International Management (Finance & Marketing) degree from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, along with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University. Mrs. Ribalta also received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vienna, Austria. She has spent three decades in the for-profit world, building businesses in the U.S. and abroad. Mrs. Ribalta served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for Goodwill Industries, was co-owner of Edvance Research, Inc., and is currently Principal at GDR Marketing Solutions. She entered the non-profit world to serve the San Antonio community for further access to practical education assistance, particularly financial education and access. Mrs. Ribalta is passionate about helping to revitalize many parts of our Alamo city and is especially passionate about helping the local community grow.
Nominations by Petition
Nominations by petition from qualified members are accepted when signed by 1% of the membership or 128 members (subject to verification). Persons nominated by petition must submit a Volunteer Submission form and a Biographical Questionnaire, along with the petition. Deadline for Nominations by Petition is March 2, 2018.
The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.
