If your data was part of the compromise, you may sign up for credit file monitoring and identity theft protection which is being offered complimentary to U.S. consumers for one year by Equifax. The company has also set up a dedicated call center to assist consumers with this breach; that number is 866-447-7559. The call center is open every day (including weekends) from 7:00 am – 1:00 am Eastern time.
