Get a Switch Track Code from your Member Service Representative.
Log into the online portal at ClickSWITCH. Have the bills you’d like to switch on hand; you’ll need names, addresses and account numbers for your current billers.
Follow the easy prompts, and ClickSWITCH will move your deposits and electronic payments.
When your last electronic payments are drawn from your old account, set up new one-time or recurring payments in rcityiPay.
Note: Please leave your former checking account open for 45 days. Our switch service will automatically send a cancellation notice and change of account form to the financial institution(s) where your electronic transfers originated.
