Security is a top priority at River City FCU. Here are some features we have to help:

  • Manage Card – This feature can be accessed via RCity Online & Mobile banking. ‘Manage Card’ allows you to turn your card "on" and "off" at the touch of a button. When you are not using your card, disable it so charges cannot be authorized. When you are ready to use it again, just log in and enable it.

  • Account Alerts – Alerts can be set up through RCity Online & Mobile banking. Alerts allow you to set up email or text message alerts based on the set criteria you define. For example, you can set up an alert to notify you of any withdrawals on your account over $100.00. To set up these alerts, log in to your RCity Online & Mobile Banking account, click on your profile in the top right corner, and select Alerts, Account Alerts. You will need to first configure how to receive the alerts and then create the alerts.

  • Security Alerts – Security alerts are like Account Alerts; however, these alerts notify you when something has been changed within your RCity Online & Mobile account. You can be alerted when information in your profile such as email, or phone number is changed. You can also be alerted if your User ID or password is changed. Security Alerts also allow you to be notified if a mobile deposit or bill payment item has been set up on your account.

  • Dedicated Staff – We have dedicated staff that can assist you if you have been caught up in a scam or feel that your identity has been stolen. A River City FCU specialist can walk you through the process to recover your accounts. Call us or visit a branch immediately if you encounter any suspicious activity on your accounts.
