"From the moment I walked into the Jackson Keller branch, I felt a lot of warmth. Ms. Claudia Rodriguez helped me and I could not have felt more at home with the way she welcomed me and then simply listened to me and what I needed. She put 100% effort into helping me and took her with me. I have been to other institutions for help and they just treat you like a number and then you're out the door-I felt River City went above to help me and made me feel like a valued person. Claudia worked together with the loan officer, Cheryl who I would also like to thank from the bottom of my heart for wanting to help me get out of a high interest loan. River City paid off my loan that I had been paying on for almost 2 years and they also helped me with some extra money that I needed for medical expenses. While I was in Claudia's office, another employee walked in and she was also very kind and acknowledged me with such a beautiful smile-her name is Sylvia in the lending department.
