Points are not earned for cash advances, convenience checks, ATM withdrawals etc.

Do I have to register to start accumulating points?
Yes, all users who haven’t previously opened an account will need to register for a RCity Rewards account. When registering you will be asked to enter an account number. This should be your 16 digit credit card number. Note: only available for Gold, Platinum or Business credit card holders.

How do I access my RCity Rewards account?
You can access RCity Rewards by clicking the ‘Register, Check or Redeem Points’ button at the top of this page.

When will my points reflect in the new system?
Your points will be linked to your RCity Rewards account.

Will I still receive my points e-statements?
Upon registration you will need to re-enroll to receive e-statements. Paper statements are no longer supported.

If I redeem my points for Cash when will the deposit be made to my account?
The deposit will be posted to your account within 3 – 5 business days from the date of the order.

How long are points good for?
Points are good for up to 3 years from date earned.

Can I redeem my points online?
Yes, log in to your awards account to review your available points and to make your redemption selection.

What can I redeem my points for?
Gift cards, cash and travel!
