 This year there are two positions open for election to the Board of Directors. After careful review, the Nominating Committee, appointed by the Chair of the Board of Directors, has nominated one Member for each Board position to be filled. The term for each position is three years. The nominees are: 

• Jeanette Carnevale (incumbent) 

• Elia Carmona (incumbent)

 Nominations may also be made by official petition signed by at least 1,100 eligible Members. Official Petitions and the Rules and Instructions for the Completion of the Official Petition may be obtained by contacting our team using the button below or requesting a printed form in any of our branches. 

 Last day to submit a nomination is February 13th, 2026.

Place this as a disclaimer below the button: Official Petitions must be completed in full compliance with the election rules as set forth in the Rules and Instructions or the Completion of the Official Petition and must include each signer’s signature and printed name, the last four digits of the signer’s Social Security number and the signer’s complete address and phone number. Members who are 21 years of age or older and who meet certain requirements under the Texas Finance Code and Regulations of the Texas Credit Union Department are eligible for election. Official Petitions must be accompanied by a signed statement the nominee is agreeable to the nomination and will accept office if elected and should include a brief statement of qualifications and biographical data. Elected officials are legally responsible for the fiscal integrity of River City FCU and for compliance with State and Federal laws.
