Join us for our 89th Annual Meeting that will take place at our Headquarters. Our Board of Directors and CEO will discuss key successes of 2025 and what the future looks like for River City FCU. We will be providing refreshments and prizes to win during the meeting.
The affairs of the credit union are governed by five Directors, as provided by the River City Federal Credit Union bylaws. These officials are elected by and from the credit union’s membership. Two (2) positions on the Board of Directors are up for election in the 2026- 2027 Board Election cycle. Nominees for the River City Federal Credit Union Board of Directors are as follows:
Elia Carmona is a seasoned Board member and Acting Chair to the Supervisory Committee. She is a 20-year member of River City. Following a distinguished career with AT&T, from which she is now retired, Mrs. Carmona continues to remain actively engaged both professionally and personally. She brings to the Board a deep-rooted understanding of Credit Union governance and a strong commitment to member advocacy. Mrs. Carmona is dedicated to ensuring the credit union continues to serve as a trusted champion for its members while upholding the highest standards of oversight and accountability.
Jeannette Carnevale is a 29-year member of River City Federal Credit Union with broad Board experience. After a distinguished 20-year career with AT&T, from which she is now retired, Mrs. Carnevale remains deeply committed to service. She leverages her extensive experience in volunteerism and fundraising to support the credit unions mission, providing thoughtful governance and fostering collaborative leadership in service to the membership.
River City FCU Board Elections

Nominations by Petition
Nominations by petition from qualified members are accepted when signed by 1% of the membership, or 134 members (subject to verification). Persons nominated by petition must submit a Volunteer Submission form and a Biographical Questionnaire, along with the petition. Contact marketing@rivercityfcu.org for a packet. Deadline for Nominations by Petition is March 09. 2026.
The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday March 24, 2026.
